Where Healing Meets Balance — Restoring You, One Step at a Time
My approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every person carries a complex, layered story — one shaped by relationships, environments, cultural context, and the ways we’ve learned to survive. I integrate psychodynamic theory, mindfulness-based practices, and family systems work to help clients build a deeper understanding of themselves, their past experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck in life, in relationships, and in their sense of self.
Together, we explore how old narratives and protective parts may be showing up in your present, not to judge them, but to understand their purpose and gently invite something new. I’m a firm believer in the power of self-compassion, curiosity, and safe, supportive connection to foster healing.
In our work, I bring active listening, thoughtful reflection, humor, and straightforward communication. My goal is to create a space that feels warm and grounding — where you can feel seen, not pathologized. A space where growth isn’t about “fixing” yourself, but about coming home to who you truly are.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, attachment wounds, or simply trying to find your way back to yourself — you're welcome here.
A Safe Space to Breathe & Be.
Therapy should feel like an exhale. A space where you don’t have to have it all together, where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, uncertain, overwhelmed, or totally numb, and know it’s okay. This is your space to slow down, get curious, and work through the hard stuff without judgment. We’ll move at your pace, holding both the heaviness and the hope, one step at a time. Healing isn’t always easy—but you don’t have to do it alone.
